Creamy Potluck Potatoes

These potatoes are so savory and delicious, you may want to eat them all the time!

3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 TBSP. butter, melted
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, divided in half
2 green onions, chopped, save some for topping
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling water until just tender, around 10 minutes. Drain.

In large bowl, stir together soup, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. Add  1/2 cup of the cheese and the remaining ingredients. Stir in the cooked potatoes. Transfer to 2-quart baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until heated through. Sprinkle top with leftover cheese and green onion.
