Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Here is a simple recipe for Spinach-Artichoke Dip that is sure to hit the spot!

2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz) box of frozen spinach, thawed
1 (14 oz.) jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. garlic, minced

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients well.

Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with crackers or cubed bread. Yummy!
