Everyone has a favorite appliance in the kitchen. My number one tool is my Kitchen Aid Mixer. My mother had one when I was growing up, so when I got a kitchen of my own, no other mixer would do.
I use if for much more than baking. It is a hard workhorse, powering through thick mixes such as sausage balls, or yeast dough. With the proper attachments you can use it to grate vegetables and cheese or even grind meat. I've even used it to mash potatoes or yams. Anything and everything that needs mixing, grating, kneading or mashing, this mixer has you covered. I use it almost daily.
If you don't have one, this would make an excellent addition to your kitchen. You will never regret it!
