This refreshing drink makes a summer day perfect!
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup lemon juice (from either 4-6 fresh lemons, or bottled lemon juice)
3-4 cups water
Boil the 1 cup of water. I place it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then add sugar and mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into your serving container. Add lemon juice and 3-4 cups water. Mix well. Serve over ice! Enjoy!
Makes just under a half a gallon.

Hot Cocoa Mix
As it is snowing outside, all I could think of was hot chocolate! Here is a great mix to warm you up on those cold winter days!
4 lb. box non-fat dry milk
2 lb. box Nestle Quik
1 jar non-dairy creamer
2 cups sugar
Mix well. Store in airtight container. If you want it more chocolaty, add 1/2-1 cup of cocoa powder to the mix.
